Dr. Thomas Anderson JoinsOCR
in Primary Care Sports Medicine

Dr. Thomas M. Anderson has joined the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies as a specialist in primary care sports medicine.

Appointments with Dr. Anderson can be made at the Orthopaedic & Spine CenterМ_s office in Loveland. Dr. Anderson will take care of patients with athletic and recreational injuries and sports health and performance concerns.

He began practice with OCRМ_s Loveland office on Jan. 5 on a part-time basis. Dr. Anderson will also continue with his current practice in Loveland on a part-time basis. He joins the Orthopaedic & Spine Center after five years in private practice in the area.

Dr. Anderson has advanced training in the care of sports medicine patients and injuries through a fellowship program at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio (2004-05). Prior to the fellowship program, Dr. Anderson completed his residency in family medicine at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa (2001-04). He earned his osteopathic medical degree (D.O.) from the University of Des Moines-Osteopathic Medical Center (1997-2001).

Outside medicine, Dr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his family and in athletics and outdoor activities.

Dr. Anderson is accepting appointments at the Orthopaedic & Spine CenterМ_s Loveland office. Call 970-419-7050 for an appointment. He joins Drs. Stephen Yemm, Thomas Sachtleben, and Skip Ross as OCRМ_s non-surgical sports medicine physicians.
