at OCR’s Symposium on Nov. 9, 2013

Primary Care and ER Physicians, Therapists, RN’s, Chiropractors, and RT’s Are Invited

LOVELAND, Colo. — The physicians of the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies are hosting and presenting our annual professional conference on Saturday, November 9, 2013, at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Loveland, CO.

Presentations and updates on various aspects of orthopaedics for primary care, occupational medicine, and ER physician practices, therapists, RN’s, chiropractors, and RT’s will be covered at the symposium.

The conference is designed for family practice, internal medicine, pediatric, urgent care, occupational medicine, and emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, as well as therapists, RN’s, chiropractors, and RT’s.

5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits are approved though Banner Health for this live activity. Participants should claim only theеКcredit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Banner Health and the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies.еКBanner Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.еК

The conference will be held from 7:00 a.m., when breakfast and check-in begin, through 2:30 p.m.

The event will offer four hours of presentations and one hour of break-out lab sessions.

Cost to attend is $40. The fee will cover breakfast, lunch, mid-morning beverage break, and course materials.
