OCR’s Symposium Planned for Nov. 7, 2015

Primary Care and ER Physicians, Therapists, RN’s, Chiropractors, and RT’s Are Invited

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The physicians of the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies are hosting and presenting our annual professional conference on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, 47905 Clydesdale Pkwy.

Presentations and updates on various aspects of orthopaedics for primary care, occupational medicine, and ER physician practices, therapists, RN’s, chiropractors, and RT’s will be covered at the symposium.

The conference is designed for family practice, internal medicine, pediatric, urgent care, occupational medicine, and emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, as well as therapists, RN’s, chiropractors, and RT’s.

The conference will be held from 7:00 a.m., when breakfast and check-in begin, through approximately 2:30 p.m.

The event will offer four hours of presentations and one hour of break-out lab sessions.

Cost to attend is $40 per person, or $30 per person in a group of five or more from the same office, practice, or institution. The fee will cover breakfast, lunch, mid-morning beverage break, and course materials.

CME credits are available for the 2015 conference through the Texas Orthopaedic Association, which is an approved CME provider by the Texas Medical Association. NATABOC credits are available for ATC’s.
