Our four specialists take care of patients with hand-upper extremity concerns throughout the day in clinic. Each doctor’s practice provides this specialty-focused care.

The Hand & Upper Extremity
The hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder are extremely complex parts of the human body, with the hand alone consisting of 27 bones.
The hand and arm enable us to do hundreds of seemingly routine activities every day, as we work, play, and enjoy our time with friends and family.
Because we use our hands and arms so often for such a variety of tasks, many people can experience a broken or badly injured hand, finger, wrist, or elbow each year.
Our hand and upper extremity specialists hold board certification. They also have special training in treating a spectrum of issues — from strains and broken bones to microscopic tendon surgeries, and joint replacement for the fingers and hand. Finger joint replacement treats trauma or severe arthritis.
In addition, the physicians perform surgery for conditions that affect the three major bones of the arm, the elbow joint, and its tendons, as well as the shoulder.
