Fort Collins | PT

Josh Burrer- DPT

Joshua is originally from Minnesota. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2015. He moved to Colorado in 2018 and began working at OCR in November 2020. Joshua enjoys spending time in the outdoors when he is not working with his hobbies including biking, hiking and backpacking.

Stacy Horner, BSPT

Stacy is originally from Texas where she attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and graduated in 1992. She worked in Dallas for a few years before moving to Colorado with Healthsouth in early 1995. She has been working as a physical therapist in various capacities with OCR ever since that move.

When she is not working she prefers to be off grid fly fishing with her husband, running, paddleboarding, or hanging out with her grandkids.

Emily LyBarger-DPT

Emily is a Colorado native from Edwards, Colorado. She played collegiate soccer at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She completed the physical therapy program at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire in 2017. She has been practicing at OCR for the last 6 years. When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys exploring national parks, hiking, camping, skiing, and playing with her pup, Moxie.

Rebecca Metzo, PTA

Rebecca graduated from Arapahoe Community College in 2017 with her physical therapist assistant degree and has been at OCR since 2021. She is Fort Collins native and attended Rocky Mountain High School. She enjoys helping people get back to their activities/hobbies they love. She and her husband have two dogs and enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, gardening and skiing in the winter time.

Krista Painter-Rudolph- DPT, CSCS

Krista is originally from Montana. She attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with her Masters of Physical Therapy in 1994. She later received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UND in 2004. Krista, her husband and two children moved to Colorado in 2005 and she has worked at OCR since 2006. She also has had her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty through the NSCA for over 20 years.

She likes all aspects of orthopedic physical therapy, but really enjoys post-op shoulders, hips and knees. When not working, Krista likes to spend time with her husband and grown kids doing all aspects of outdoor activities. She also is a regular Cross Fit attender.

Chad Romano, MSPT

Chad grew up in Georgia but has lived many places in the United States. He attended Georgia Institute of Technology for undergraduate degree in IT Business Management. He later graduated from Western Carolina University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2012. Since then, he has worked in a variety of settings such as intensive care units, rehab hospitals, long term acute care, home health and mostly Outpatient Orthopaedic PT. In 2019, he moved to his wife’s hometown of Fort Collins, along with his daughter. In his spare time, Chad pursues a variety of outdoor hobbies primarily whitewater kayaking, skiing, climbing and biking.

Grey Rudolph- DPT, CSCS

Born in Montana, Grey grew up in western North Dakota. He attended the University of North Dakota and played two years of football for the university before getting in to Physical Therapy School. He graduated with a BSPT in 1992 and Master’s of Physical Therapy in 1993. His career then took him into a variety of orthopedic PT settings in Minnesota, North Dakota and New Mexico with a three year adventure working at the National Institute of Sport in Malaysia thrown in.

Grey earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005, just prior to relocating to Colorado and starting with OCR. He was here as a staff PT for 9 years before transitioning into the Director of Therapy role in 2014. His time is now split between seeing patients and overseeing OCR’s 5 therapy clinics. When not at work, he loves to spend time with his wife, travel, hike, exercise and work on the yard.

Josh Salsbury- DPT, OCS

Josh is originally from Ohio, where he attended Ohio Northern University pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from The Ohio State University in 2015, having the opportunity to work in both professional and college sports during his time there. He moved to Colorado in 2016 and has worked at OCR since 2019. Josh went on to receive his Board Certification in Orthopedics, making him an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, in 2020. He is also certified in Muscle Activation Techniques and dry needling, and has a notable depth of experience working with shoulder and knee patients. In his free time, Josh enjoys hiking with his wife (JJ), and is also an avid sports fan, particularly of college football.

Tyler Schauer- DPT, SCS, CSCS

Tyler was born and raised in Minnesota.  He attended the University of North Dakota for his undergraduate curriculum and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree there in 2022.  Following that, he completed a one year sports physical therapy residency at the University of Minnesota where he advanced his sports and orthopedic knowledge.  He had the opportunity to learn and perform sports rehabilitation for their Division-1 programs including football, men’s and women’s hockey, soccer, wrestling, and more.  He moved to Colorado in 2023 with his wife, Cassie, and their dog, Phoebe, who is a sheep-a-doodle.  He successfully passed examination as a Sports Clinical Specialist in 2024. Tyler enjoys rehabilitation for all sports and orthopedic injuries, with the goal of getting his patients back to the things they love.  While he is not working he enjoys watching and playing hockey, as well as getting into the mountains where he and his wife enjoy all things outdoors.

Jessica Schwartz- MPT, SCS, CSCS

Jessica is a native of Marietta, GA. She graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2003. She played NCAA Division I soccer at UE and was Missouri Valley Conference tournament MVP in 1999 and 2001. Jessica has been practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 21 years. She is an APTA Sports Clinical Specialist. She enjoys the Colorado outdoors: hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and playing golf.

Marissa Suleski, PTA

Marissa was born and raised in Colorado. She attended CSU from 2014-2018 where she studied Health and Exercise Science and was an active member of the CSU Club Swim Team. She then pursed Physical Therapist Assistant school at Pima Medical Institute in Denver. Marissa has been a PTA since 2020 and has worked with OCR since 2022. Marissa loves to snowboard, paddle board, hike, travel, and attend as many summer concerts as possible!

Fort Collins | OT/ Hand Therapy

Dan Goss- OTR/L, CHT

Dan was born in Aurora, Colorado and moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1975. He graduated from Colorado State with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 1993. In 1999, he joined the Navy and spent 11 years as a naval officer, becoming a certified hand therapist in 2009.

While in the Navy, he was stationed in Jacksonville, Florida, Tokyo, Japan and Washington, DC where he worked side by side with board certified hand surgeons. Dan was the department head of the Navy’s busiest hand clinic in Jacksonville, Florida and at the military’s most prestigious hospital and hand clinic at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Washington, DC. He received multiple awards and metals for his job performance while in the Navy.

Dan left the Navy and moved back to Colorado with his wife, daughter and son in 2010. He has worked in Northern Colorado as a hand therapist since his departure from the Navy. In 2019, attended Red Rocks Community College Police Academy to become a certified police officer for the state of Colorado.

When not at OCR, Dan serves as a reserve Deputy Sheriff for Larimer County. He’s been in that role since 2016 and enjoys protecting and serving the county in which he and his family reside. He has a variety of hobbies and pursuits. He enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, target shooting and practicing weapon handling. He also still loves to work on the property that his family has owned since 1977. Handyman/construction projects as well as working on the farm equipment and vehicles are particular passions.

Cammy Swab- OTR/L, CHT

Cammy is a Fort Collins native and a graduate of Rocky Mountain High School. She received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from CSU in 2020 and started at OCR in 2021. In 2024, she became a Certified Hand Therapist. She is also Astym Certified. She specializes in treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder and works with clients of all ages. When she’s not working, Cammy enjoys traveling, getting outside, and spending time with her husband (Cam) and two cats.

Kevin Jones, OTR/L

Kevin is a Fort Collins native and has been an Occupational Therapist for 40 years.  He and his wife enjoy time with the grandkids, camping, fishing, home remodeling and traveling. One of their goals is to see as many National Parks as they can.

Fort Collins | ATC

Erika Annan, ATC

Erika is originally from Minnesota, but moved to Colorado in 1994 with her family. She then went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and her Master’s from the University of Idaho. She started as an assistant athletic trainer at CSU before making the transition to OCR, where she has been since 2002. She began at OCR by working in the therapy clinic and in sports medicine outreach. In 2012 she was invited by the USOC to be part of their sports medicine team at the London Olympics. Erika enjoys spending her free time traveling and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Ryan Ostapovich, ATC

Ryan came from California in 1998 where he studied Sports Medicine/Athletic Training at Colorado State University. Ryan received his B.S Degree in 2003. In addition to some graduate work at Colorado State University, Ryan passed his Board exam to become a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2003 as well. He started with OCR in 2004 including stints with the Colorado Eagles as an Assistant ATC, worldwide travel with USA wrestling, Arena football, and a long standing tenure of 18 years as head Athletic Trainer at Fossil Ridge high school. He is most likely found at a softball field with his wife, Emily, on his weekends where all three of his daughters have/are currently playing high level travel softball.

Chris Porowski, ATC

Chris is originally from Ohio where he attended Wilmington College, earning a B.S. in Athletic Training in 1998. After graduation he moved to Durango, Colorado where he worked for Fort Lewis College and Durango Orthopedics. In 2003, Chris was hired by OCR to be the Athletic Trainer for the Colorado Eagles Hockey Club where he was responsible for team medical care and rehabilitation. He retired from hockey in 2016, moving into a therapy clinic and sports medicine outreach position with OCR. Chris enjoys skiing, boating, and hiking with friends and family.

Loveland | PT

Anna Yanchek, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Anna is originally from Wyoming. She attended Black Hills State University while competing in cross country and track. She graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2014. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2018. Anna then moved to the Tetons in Wyoming and discovered her love of mountains and working with mountain athletes, including trail runners, skiers and cyclists. Her love of mountains led her to Colorado where she joined the OCR team. She is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has advanced training in dry needling, strength and conditioning, post-operative rehabilitation and manual therapy. When not at work Anna can be found on the trails with her two black labs.

Bailey Jones, DPT

Bailey is originally from New Mexico. She attended New Mexico State University where she received her Bachelors in Kinesiology. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Tech University in 2023. She moved to Colorado directly following graduation and has been working with OCR as a Licensed Physical Therapist since. Bailey also has her certification in Functional Dry Needling. When she isn’t working, Bailey likes to spend her time golfing with her fiancé or running with her dog.

Mark Kincaid- DPT

Mark is a Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. He started as a physical therapy aide after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2014. He then attended the University of St Augustine in Florida where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Since, Mark has received a certification in Dry needling, Blood Flow Restriction therapy, and Titleist Performance Institute golf instructor. In his free time, Mark likes to head to the lake and spend time with his wife and kids, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and surfing.

Rob Margison- MSPT

Rob is a Colorado native. He attended CSU for his undergraduate, then Regis University for his Master’s degree. He spent 13 years in a private outpatient clinic in the Colorado high country before joining the OCR therapy team, where he has been for the last 12 years. He enjoys working in all aspects of the outpatient therapy setting, with diverse range of continuing education, with special interest in overhead/ throwing athletes, sports injuries, etc. When he isn’t working, Rob can be found in the mountains with his wife (Kristi) and daughters (Kinley and Kamryn) mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, flying fishing, etc…

Tyler Pecha- DPT

Tyler is originally from Wyoming. Following graduating from the University of Wyoming with a bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Promotion he went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2014. He moved to Colorado three months later to begin his career with OCR. Over the last ten years Tyler has become Dry Needling certified and has worked with a large variety of populations anywhere from joint replacements to non-surgical conditions but particularly enjoys working with athletes for all orthopedic conditions. When not at work, Tyler can be found either on the golf course or spending time with his wife and son.

Todd Perry- MSPT, CFMT, IOC

Todd is a Colorado native who received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy through the University of Colorado Health Sciences in 1992. He became certified in Integrated Orthopedics and manual therapy in 2004. Todd joined the Orthopaedic and Spine Center of the Rockies rehab team in 2004. He enjoys spending time with family and all things outdoors and is avid mountain biker, cross country skier, and enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding.

 

Loveland | OT/ Hand Therapy

Erin Amundsen, OTR/L, CHT

Erin is originally from Iowa but grew up in Fort Collins. She attended Colorado State University and received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2006. Erin is a Certified Hand Therapist and has 18 years of hand therapy experience. Erin has worked in various trauma centers throughout the United States and abroad. She gained valuable experience working in New Zealand and became a Registered Hand Therapist there.

Erin enjoys all aspects of hand rehabilitation, but has a particular interest in complex finger fractures and flexor tendon rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf and spending time with her husband (Mark) and two young girls.

Katie Evans, MOT, OTR/L, CHT

Katie grew up in New Jersey and received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut in 2017. Upon graduating, Katie moved to Indiana, where she began practicing hand therapy. In 2022, she and her husband moved to Colorado. Katie also earned her Certified Hand Therapist credential in 2022. In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking, playing ultimate Frisbee, skiing, and traveling.

Stephen Sanchez- OTD, OTR/L, CHT

Stephen is originally from Wisconsin but has lived in many places including eastern Washington, Nebraska, and Nevada. He attended Eastern Washington University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and thereafter received his doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. He has been practicing in the specialty of hand therapy since 2017 and received his certification in hand therapy in 2020. Some of his skill sets include: wound care, custom orthotic fabrication for the elbow, wrist, and hand, biomechanical analysis, manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and Kinesiotaping. Stephen enjoys weight lifting, hiking, biking, camping, playing guitar/piano, and traveling.

Loveland | ATC

Brandon Jones, ATC

Brandon has been practicing Athletic Training since 2003 and completed his Master’s degree in Athletic Training from San Jose State University in 2005. He has been with OCR since 2013. Brandon’s sports medicine career has allowed him to work at multiple levels from NCAA Division I and II to local high schools. He has been working in the Loveland therapy clinic on a full time basis since the summer of 2019. Beyond his educational degrees he has pursued further certification with Functional Movement Systems and the National Academy of Sport Medicine.

Greeley | PT

Tom Cleveland- DPT, CMPT, SMT

Tom, originally from Iowa, attended PT school at Andrews University in Michigan, graduating in 2006. Began practicing orthopedic PT in 2007 in Colorado. Tom has advanced training in orthopedics, holding 2 specialty certifications; Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), and Spinal Manipulative Therapist (SMT) through Aspire Manual Therapy Institute. Tom is currently working on his Fellowship manual therapy credential through Aspire. Outside of work Tom enjoys the Colorado outdoors with his wife and 2 children.

Moni Kohlhoff- MSPT

Moni is originally from Greeley, CO. She attending the University of Wyoming where she received her BS in Health Sciences and Secondary Education. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2004. She has been practicing in the Greeley area since. When Moni is not working, she loves to travel and also enjoys camping, fishing and walking her dog. One of her biggest accomplishments is summiting Pikes Peak 6 times.

Dona Tucker- OTR/L, CHT

My name is Dona Tucker, and I bring over 23 years of experience as a dedicated hand therapist specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation, injury prevention, and expert consultation. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a second bachelor’s in occupational therapy, along with a master’s degree in biomedical sciences and a minor in art from Colorado State University. My diverse educational background allows me to approach challenges with creativity, precision, and a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and human aspects of care. 

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in clinical practice, business ownership, and consulting roles. As the owner of a specialized therapy business, I have provided interim coverage for therapists on leave and expert witness testimony in legal cases involving hand injuries. These experiences have refined my expertise in compliance, safety protocols, and operational efficiency, making me adept at navigating complex regulatory and professional environments. 

My commitment to excellence extends to fostering collaboration, ensuring best practices, and driving innovation in rehabilitation and workplace safety. Currently based in Colorado, I continue to leverage my extensive knowledge and passion for improving standards of care and delivering measurable outcomes in the healthcare and compliance sectors. 

I live in Loveland, Colorado, with my husband of 20 years. We do the small RV living lifestyle. Our home has many rescue animals, including our dog, Fred, and our cat, Lou. In my free time, I’m an avid yogi, always seeking balance, and I love exploring Colorado’s breathtaking trails. 

Each step of my journey—from the rivers of Costa Rica to the classrooms of Colorado State—has shaped who I am today. I’m driven by curiosity, resilience, and a deep appreciation for life’s big and small adventures. 

Longmont | PT

Erin Blessing, PT

Grant Black, DPT

Grant was born and raised in here in Colorado. He attended Grand Canyon University and earned a degree in Biology before attending Midwestern University to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. After graduating, Grant has advanced his skills by becoming Level 3 dry needling certified. He enjoys treating orthopedic symptoms as well as concussions and balance conditions. In his free time Grant enjoys fly fishing, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Melanie Brooks- MSPT

Mel is originally from New York but has bounced around the country a bit, heading south for college then out west (California and Idaho), back to the Boston area for 9 years and then to Colorado in 2023. She attended Vanderbilt University for undergrad then received her Doctorate Degree from the UCSF/SFSU Graduate Program in Physical Therapy in 2008. When she isn’t working, Mel likes to head west into the mountains with her 2 boys (Marshall and Duke) to hike, mountain bike, wing foil or ski.

Daren Grann- DPT

Daren is originally from Michigan. His first career was in Process Research and Development in Southern California. He attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor for his undergraduate degree in Movement Science. He then received his Doctorate Degree from Central Michigan University’s Physical Therapy school in 2011. He moved to Colorado in 2022 and began working with OCR. In his off time, Daren enjoys hiking and golfing.

Greg Hamblin- MSPT

Greg is originally from Arizona and was born in Montana. He attended Brigham Young University where he received his bachelor of science in physical education. He then received his Master’s Degree from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1999. He worked in southern California to start his career and then moved back to Colorado in 2005. Greg enjoys skiing, hiking and many outdoor activities. Greg has 3 kids (2 boys and a girl) who he loves to spend time with as well.

Jason Main- DPT

Jason was born and raised in New York. He attended SUNY Buffalo and earned a degree in Sociology, and went on to Touro College and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. After graduating, Jason started as a staff therapist in outpatient orthopedics, and in 2009 became a clinic manager. He started in Longmont and Lafayette in 2015 as clinic manager of Front Range Orthopedics, and has remained with the clinics through the transition to OCR. In his free time Jason enjoys camping with his family and friends, and playing and watching all sports.

Megan McGarvey- MSPT

Megan is originally from Pennsylvania. She attended Penn State University for her undergraduate degree where she was on the Ski Team. She then received his Master’s Degree from Temple University MPT Program in 1994. Megan worked for Select Medical for 20 years in Philadelphia where she was a manager of an outpatient PT clinic. She moved to Colorado in 2019 and worked for Front Range Orthopedics before merging with OCR. Megan loves all outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking and camping.

Joshua Metivier- DPT

Josh Metivier is originally from Davenport, IA where he attended St. Ambrose University and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. He then moved to Colorado shortly after in 2020 and has been working for OCR physical therapy since. When he isn’t working, Josh enjoys getting outside as much as possible and has a three year old Australian Shepherd that strongly encourages him to do so.

Deirdre Weber- PT

Longmont | OT/Hand Therapy

Laurilyn Bailey- OTR/L, CHT

Laurilyn is one of our Certified Hand Therapists and she is originally from Pennsylvania. She studied Occupational Therapy at Elizabethtown College and has been a practicing therapist since graduating Cum Laude in 1993. She received her specialty certification in hand therapy in 2005, and has been working with the same hand surgeons and therapy group in Colorado since her start here in 2006. Laurilyn met her husband, Dave, of nearly 25 years here in Colorado, and together they have a college age son, Nathan, and a high school age daughter, Bri. When she is not working, Laurilyn loves swimming, hanging out with her family and their pets that include 2 cats and 2 cockatiels.

Stephanie O’Grady- DPT, OTR/L, CHT, OCS

Stephanie attended University of Colorado for her undergraduate degree where she was on the track and field team. She then attended University of St Augustine where she received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2011 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. After OT/PT school she worked in the Baltimore area where she completed a PT orthopedic residency, moved to southern Florida and finally moved back to Colorado in 2016. She worked up in Summit County for 5 years prior to moving down to the Front Range to come work for OCR in 2021. Stephanie is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and then earned her CHT (certified hand therapy certification) in 2022. She now works as a hand therapist and a physical therapist. When she isn’t working she enjoys skiing, hiking and playing outside with her husband, daughter and dog.

Lafayette | PT

Bo Babenko- DPT, CSCS

Bo grew up in Brooklyn, NY after his family escaped communist Russia. He received his DPT from Long Island University – Brooklyn Campus in 2008. IN 2015, he opened a CrossFit gym in Dubai where he ended up meeting his wife. During that time, he competed in the Sport of Fitness internationally for almost a decade. Bo has been working primarily in the sports and orthopaedic space his entire career with an emphasis on fitness for shoulders, hips, knees, and the spine. He has been in Colorado since 2021 with his rescue dog Lexi, son Rayaan, and wife Maha. 

Brett Jaeger- DPT, OCS

Brett is originally from Minnesota. He attended Montana State University and graduated with a degree in exercise science. He then received his Doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health professions. He is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. He is also certified in blood flow restriction training, dry needling and vestibular treatment. He has been living in Colorado since 2017, currently with his wife and 2 kids. When he isn’t working he enjoys rock climbing and scrambling in the Flatirons.

Lafayette | OT/Hand Therapy

Jill Andrews- OTR/L, CHT

Jill is originally from Springfield, Missouri and went to Occupational therapy school at the University of Missouri. She has been an Occupational therapist for 36 years and is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) as well as an Upper Extremity Rehab specialist. As a musician that currently plays violin and marimba, she enjoys treating all musicians with UE injuries. She also enjoys traveling ad hiking in her free time.

Josephine Mickelsen- OTR/L, CHT, WCC

Josephine is originally from Dallas, Texas. She moved to California with her husband in 2016, where she completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Josephine moved to Colorado in 2023 to be nearer to extended family and the mountains. She has been practicing hand therapy for five years and has obtained a Certified Hand Therapist Credential and Wound Care Certification. Josephine enjoys all manner of outdoor activities including climbing, gardening, trail running, family camping trips, and playing outside with her daughter.
