Carly Coleman, NP

Carly was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She Graduated from University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in 2008 where she majored in Biology and Psychology. Carly received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013 after graduating an post-bachelors accelerated nursing program at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She moved to Fort Collins for a new graduate residency program in the emergency department where worked as an ED nurse for 10 years. She also worked as a travel nurse for three years in emergency departments across the US. Carly went on to become a nurse practitioner in 2023 after completing her Master’s of Science degree from Regis College. She joined OCR in 2024 as part of our trauma team. Outside of medicine, Carly enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time outdoors. They especially love to bike, ski, and climb
