About Curtis Leonard, MD

Dr. Leonard joined Front Range Orthopedics & Spine (now OCR) in 2001 after practicing general orthopedics for five years in Minnesota. He has extensive experience in arthritis management, hip and knee replacements, trauma, and arthroscopy.

While practicing in Minnesota, he was involved in the training of medical residents at the University of Minnesota.

A native of Iowa, Dr. Leonard earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa and completed his general surgery internship and orthopedic residency at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

Dr. Leonard enjoys volunteering as a team physician for the St. Vrain Valley School District.
