Dave Gaida, PA-C

Dave was born and raised in Northern Illinois. He attended Illinois State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He worked for 5 years as an Athletic Trainer, serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for a junior college and high school in Illinois. He received his MS in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ in 2003. He joined OCR in January of 2024. He works solely with Dr. Hartman specializing in shoulder, knee, and pediatric disorders. Outside of work, Dave enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
