About Vincent ‘Skip’ Ross, MD
Dr. Skip Ross is a board-certified sports medicine physician who sees patients in our Fort Collins, CO, office.
He has extensive experience in sports medicine and non-surgical orthopaedics with athletes at all levels, from high school teams to professional athletes. Dr. Ross is well-known in the Cheyenne, WY, community for his assistance with the PRCA Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo and high school sports events.
Dr. Ross joined OCR in 2008 after 20 years of sports medicine practice in Cheyenne.
Dr. Ross practices part-time at OCR’s office in Fort Collins, CO, and part-time at his office and sports medicine center in Cheyenne, SmartSports.
Dr. Ross earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, and completed his residency training at the University of Wyoming. He holds board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine, including a certificate of added qualifications in his sports medicine specialty.
He takes care of patients from OCR’s service area of northern Colorado, Wyoming, and western Nebraska, including the rodeo cowboys and cowgirls at Frontier Days, as well as a number of other rodeo competitions!
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ross enjoys spending time with his family.
